Introducing our 2014 - 2015 PhD Job Market Candidates
We are very sad to report that Lloyd Ulman, Professor Emeritus of Economics and Director Emeritus of the Institute of Industrial Relations, died September 17th, at the age of 94. Lloyd was a distinguished member of the Berkeley faculty since 1958, served on the staff of John Kennedy's Council of Economic Advisers, and was a leading analyst of wage-price guidelines and the institutional economics of trade unions.
