After becoming Professor Emeritus of Finance at UCLA Anderson School of Management,  I taught for two more years at the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology, as well as three summers at the Dalian (China) Institute of Science & Technology.  In retirement, I also taught at Showa Academy of Music in Japan, since I had previously been the director of the UCLA Management in the Arts Program. Additionally, the14th edition of "Multinational Business Finance", a book I co-authored with Arthur I. Stonehill, and Michael H. Moffett, will be coming out soon.

I am still an active musician (trombone), currently playing in the Santa Monica College Emeritus Concert Band.  Beyond taking care of my 17 and 14-year-old high school age teenagers, my 17-year old son seems to prefer UCLA over Cal next year. I can't seem to sway him in a northerly direction!
