Short Biography and Research Interests

Adam Szeidl received his PhD from Harvard in 2004, the same year he joined Berkeley's faculty as an assistant professor. He recently won a three-year National Science Foundation grant for "Consumption Commitments and Risk Preferences" (with Raj Chetty). Professor Szeidl was the recipient of a Harvard University Term Fellowship (2004) and was chosen as a participant in the Review of Economic Studies Tour (2004).
